Sam has been an avid runner since 2004, a lifter since 2007, and a full-time personal trainer since 2012.  She believes working out is a celebration of what the body can do, and lives for seeing her team hit goals and realize their own strength.  With Sam, fitness is about good form, hard work, and keeping it lighthearted and fun.  In her free time, she loves time with her family and animals (especially her pup, Stella).
